Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or similar.
• 3–5 years in collections, banking operations, risk management, compliance, or QA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily collection activities to ensure policy and SOP adherence.
• Conduct regular reviews of calls, communications and documentation for quality and compliance.
• Prepare reports on collection performance, trends, and audit findings.
• Identify gaps and risks, proposing actionable process improvements.
• Collaborate with team leaders to address quality issues and operational challenges.
• Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
