Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a highly motivated Collections Professional to support Accounts Receivable and Collections operations. The role involves monitoring customer accounts, driving timely collections, resolving payment disputes, and improving cash flow performance.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Customer Account Management, and Dispute Resolution within a Shared Services or BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or similar qualification.
• Experience in Collections, AR, or Dispute Management is preferred.
• Exposure to Shared Services, BPO, or GBS environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ERP and billing platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer portfolio and ensure timely collection of invoices.
• Proactively contact customers via calls and emails to follow up on overdue balances.
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts by delinquency level.
• Investigate and resolve payment disputes, deductions, and billing issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns and facilitate payment collection.
• Perform account reconciliations and validate outstanding balances.
• Support cash application by investigating unapplied or misapplied payments.
• Maintain accurate collection notes and account status updates.
• Identify high-risk accounts and escalation issues as needed.
• Meet collection targets, aging reduction goals, and SLAs.
• Support month-end reporting and audit requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization.
