Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an Order to Cash Operations Analyst to lead a collections team and act as SME for Collections. You will ensure accurate AR billings, adjustments, and write-offs and deliver timely unit reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in accounting/collections, with Oracle and SAP experience, and strong English communication. This role may involve night shifts and occasional travel as required.

Qualifications

• Accounting, finance or any business-related course.
• 3–5 years of work experience in collections.
• Experience with AR, invoicing and adjustments.
• Proficiency in Oracle and SAP accounting systems.
• English communication skills for Accenture interactions.
• Team lead or SME experience 1–2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of collections associates or act as SME for Collections.
• Process AR billings, adjustments and write-offs.
• Supervise AR activities when needed.
• Provide required business unit reporting and information.
• Track and reconcile daily/monthly AR balance.
• Ensure invoices are complete and accurate in AR system.
• Investigate discrepancies between invoices and customer data.
• Generate repayments for erroneous or excess customer payments.
