Qualifications

• Graduate of finance-related or business course; accounting graduates preferred.
• 0–2 years in credit and collections.
• Voice collections experience, preferably B2B.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) preferred.
• At least 6 months in a BPO environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and recover customer receivables.
• Ensure cash collection activities meet client requirements.
• Obtain high-quality dispute information while maintaining client relationships.
