Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in collections, credit risk management, or a similar analytical role in the financial services sector.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, or R).
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong in communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Actual experience in collection analysis within the retail credit business/retail financing business.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular reports on collection metrics, including flow rates, recovery rates, collection productivity and effectiveness, and other relevant KPIs.
• Monitor collection performance on a daily basis and identify problems.
• Analyze collection data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement and report to management for follow-up action.
• Participate in new program/strategy launches and process change implementations; collaborate with related functions to ensure smooth delivery.
• Work with Data Science team for advanced analytics and exploring improvement ideas.
