Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Collection Analyst for the BGC area, in a hybrid setting with day shift. You will prepare metrics and reports, monitor daily collection performance, and analyze data to drive improvements. Collaboration with multiple functions and the Data Science team will be essential to deliver insights.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and at least 3 years in collections or related analytical roles within financial services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in collections, credit risk management, or a similar analytical role in the financial services sector.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, or R).
• Analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular reports on collection metrics and KPIs.
• Monitor collection performance daily and identify problems.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement; report to management.
• Support new program launches and process changes with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Data Science for advanced analytics and ideation.
