Job summary

IntouchCX in the Philippines is seeking a detail‑oriented AR/Collections Analyst to manage accounts receivable, apply payments, and keep cash flow healthy.

You will collaborate with Sales, CX, and Finance, monitor aging, and negotiate structured payment solutions while maintaining client relationships.

This role requires practical experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with North American client time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in Corporate Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Credit Management.
• Degree or advanced qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is strongly preferred.
• Professional certification in Accounts Receivable (e.g., IOFM AR, CIC AR) is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely payments and reduce DSO.
• Maintain professional communication with client AP teams and contacts regarding past-due accounts.
• Monitor aging reports and establish tailored collection strategies for high-risk accounts.
• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure GL accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, CX, and Operations to resolve payment delays and invoice disputes.
• Oversee daily cash applications for AR monetization programs and other initiatives.
• Match cash payments to invoices and clear ledger differences.
• Investigate discrepancies, unapplied cash balances, and short payments with client finance teams.
• Analyze aging trends and contribute to cash flow forecasting and bad debt risk evaluations.
• Partner with FP&A to remove invoicing roadblocks and improve collections.
