Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Collection Associate to monitor outstanding accounts, follow up on overdue payments, and resolve billing concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will contact customers via phone and email, negotiate payment terms, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with Sales to address discrepancies. Fresh graduates with relevant OJT are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
