Job summary

MicroSourcing in Taguig invites a Project Delivery Engineer – Collaboration to lead end-to-end delivery of Webex Calling and SIP integrations for cloud collaboration, working onsite in BGC, with a day shift.

You will design, configure, migrate, test, and hand over to operations, collaborating with architects, PMs, and vendors; strong Webex SIP knowledge and customer-focused delivery are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in Unified Communications, Voice Engineering, Collaboration Engineering, or ICT Project Delivery.
Degree, diploma, or equivalent in IT, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related discipline.
Proven delivery of cloud collaboration and voice transformation projects.
Experience implementing Webex Calling or similar UC platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Webex Calling and SIP integrations.
Design detailed migration plans, runbooks, and test plans.
Configure locations, PSTN connectivity, dial plans, and user provisioning.
Perform voice migration, cutovers, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with PMs, architects, vendors, and customers throughout projects.
