Insight in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking a Managed Collaboration Engineer to provide level 1–3 break/fix collaboration support, remote management, and incident handling across Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, Cisco UCCX and MS Teams.

You will triage major incidents, manage tickets, and coordinate with US managers while working with data center, networking, security, and storage teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related studies, from four-year college or university.
• For non-degree holders, 8+ related work experience is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in ticket management, collaboration engineering, remote troubleshooting, client handling, and related experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communications skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide level1,2 & 3 break/fix collaboration support for various clients.
• Perform remote management tasks and triage major incidents and escalations.
• Create and update ticket documentation; generate weekly ticket reports.
• Collaborate with higher-tier support and vendors, communicate progress to clients.
