Global Pacific Support is seeking motivated Cold Callers to join our remote team in the Philippines. You will be making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our digital marketing services, and setting appointments for the sales or service team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, be comfortable under pressure, and demonstrate strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cold Caller or in a similar sales/lead gen role.
• Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads).
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
• Able to handle rejections professionally and stay positive.
• Reliable internet connection (min 25 Mbps).
• Working laptop/desktop with webcam and noise-cancelling headset.
• Quiet, distraction-free work environment.
• Proficient with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online tools.
• Strong time management, organization, and multitasking.
• Able to meet daily/weekly call targets.
