Job summary

Rippedboxstation seeks a proactive Cold Caller/Telemarketer to drive outbound outreach in the Philippines. You will engage prospects, present product benefits, and qualify needs to set appointments. Strong CRM habits and a neutral English accent are essential for success in this role.

Candidate should be self-disciplined, organized, capable of meeting daily and monthly targets, and able to work both independently and in a team. Prior NZ/Aus client exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a virtual Cold Caller/Telemarketer or a relevant role.
• Working knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems.
• Ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
• Experience with NZ or Australian clients is preferred but not required.
• Clear and concise communicator with a neutral English accent.
• Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit daily and monthly targets.
• Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

Ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers

Prior work experience with New Zealand or Australian clients/companies is preferred but not required

Knows how to craft responses and do meaningful conversations

Very particular on the process of sourcing out leads and what tools to use

Clear and concise communicator with a neutral English accent and effective verbal communication skills

Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervision

Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks
