Job summary

Drake International Philippines seeks a Product Manager to manage a CNS pharmaceutical portfolio and develop marketing strategies driving growth, profitability, and market share.

The role requires 3+ years in pharmaceutical product management, CNS experience preferred, and collaboration with Sales teams and healthcare professionals to execute marketing plans and support business growth, with field travel across the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of Product Management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• CNS experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and product management.
• Experience in market research, data analysis, and marketing strategy development.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork across the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for assigned products.
• Drive product growth, sales targets, profitability, and market share.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, government policies, and distribution channels.
• Conduct market research and analyse data to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare and update monthly product forecasts.
• Work closely with Sales teams to support product and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and support product training for Sales teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Support product development and other strategic Sales & Marketing projects.
