Job summary

Synmosa Biopharma Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Product Manager to own the product roadmap from concept to launch, aligning customer needs with corporate goals. You will translate market insights into detailed requirements, drive product launches with Sales and executives, and prioritize activities based on impact to grow market share and customer satisfaction.

You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, finance, and R&D to ensure timely delivery and measurable success

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in market research and trend analysis.
Good organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Assessing and identifying product opportunities and customer needs;
Planning and executing product marketing and promotion strategies;
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth;
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes;
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact;
Drive product launches including working with Sales team, company and external party executives, and other product management team members;
