Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of Product Management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• CNS experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and product management.
• Experience in market research, data analysis, and marketing strategy development.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork across the Philippines.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Product Manager to manage an assigned pharmaceutical product portfolio and develop marketing strategies that drive product growth, sales, profitability, and market share.

This role is ideal for pharmaceutical marketing professionals with strong experience in Product Management, market analysis, marketing planning, and Sales team support, preferably within the CNS therapeutic area.

The Role

You will take ownership of your assigned CNS product portfolio and work closely with Sales teams and healthcare professionals to execute marketing strategies and support business growth.

You will:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for assigned products
• Drive product growth, sales targets, profitability, and market share
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, government policies, and distribution channels
