About Kirby South East Asia
Kirby South East Asia started its operation in 2008 with its 50,000 MT annual capacity plant in Vietnam. In its few years of operation Kirby SEA has designed and supplied various buildings in Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Australia, Bangladesh and Myanmar markets. Responsibilities
- Prepare erection documentation, daily reports, weekly reports, and other site-related reports.
- Develop work methodologies to ensure project execution is carried out efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Monitor all site activities related to the Erector’s scope of work to ensure duties are performed according to the approved plan.
- Record and document feedback during project execution to facilitate timely and effective project adjustments.
- Attend meetings with clients and relevant site technical teams regarding project progress.
- Lead discussions with Clients, PMC, and Technical Teams to resolve site issues within the CMD scope and assigned authority.
- Act as Kirby’s representative in dealings with clients and supervise and assist erectors/installers with site-related issues and concerns.
- Coordinate with relevant Kirby departments to ensure successful project completion.
- Assist the Sales Team in obtaining the necessary drawing approvals for fabrication.
- Verify all on-site dimensions and ensure alignment with approved drawings.
- Secure all required inspection reports, from material delivery through project handover, including all intermediate inspections.
- Obtain the Certificate of Completion signed by the client upon project completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of erection experience, preferably in the PEB, industrial structures, or steel structures industry.
- Strong multitasking ability, teamwork skills, flexibility, and a high sense of accuracy and urgency.
- Proven people management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and the local language.
- A valid driver's license is an advantage.

- Employment Type: After the contractual period, employment may be converted to a permanent position based on work performance.
