Job summary

Kirby South East Asia, part of Kirby International, is seeking a proactive sales professional to develop new markets within the region and generate project inquiries from corporate houses, consulting firms, and public/private sector entities.

You will prepare techno-commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with customers and head office to ensure timely project execution, aiming to secure payments and project realization.

Qualifications

• Have selling experience in Pre-Engineering Building / Structural Steel / local roofing companies / conventional steel structure manufacturers or related.
• Can open for fresher or non-Pre-Engineering Building/Structural Steel industry
• Communication in English and local language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Development of new markets within country or region
• To generate project enquiries from various sources such as Corporate Houses, Consulting Firms, Public and Private Sector Entities, Individuals and Non-Government Organizations.
• To raise quote request forms to design and estimation department based on the customer’s requirements / consultants drawings in order to get the estimate of project
• To prepare a Techno-commercial offer to submit to customers
• To negotiate with customers to finalize the contracts
• To coordinate with customer and head office for successful and timely execution of projects
• To secure payment or letter of credits for jobs on time
• To prepare sales forecasts and report to immediate supervisors at regular interval
• To conduct marketing promotion activities
