Job summary

Kirby South East Asia seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive market development in the Philippines, with focus on pre-engineered building solutions. You will generate project enquiries, prepare techno-commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with customers and head office to ensure timely execution and payment collection.

Fluency in English and local language, plus MS Excel/PowerPoint/AutoCAD skills, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Selling experience in pre-engineering building/structural steel or related fields.
• Technical knowledge in civil, mechanical engineering, or architecture.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Develop new markets within the country or region.
• Generate project enquiries from corporate houses, consulting firms, public and private entities, individuals, and NGOs.
• Raise quote request forms to design and estimation for project costing.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers for customers.
• Negotiate contracts with customers.
• Coordinate with customers and head office for timely project execution.
• Secure payments or letters of credit on time.
• Prepare sales forecasts and report to supervisors regularly.
• Conduct marketing promotion activities.

Responsibilities

• Development of new markets within country or region
• To generate project enquiries from various sources such as Corporate Houses, Consulting Firms, Public and Private Sector Entities, Individuals and Non-Government Organizations.
• To raise quote request forms to design and estimation department based on the customer’s requirements / consultants drawings in order to get the estimate of project
• To prepare a Techno-commercial offer to submit to customers
• To negotiate with customers to finalize the contracts
• To coordinate with customer and head office for successful and timely execution of projects
• To secure payment or letter of credits for jobs on time
• To prepare sales forecasts and report to immediate supervisors at regular interval
• To conduct marketing promotion activities

Qualifications

• Have selling experience in Pre-Engineering Building / Structural Steel /local roofing companies/conventional steel structure manufacturers or related
• Can open for fresher or non-Pre-Engineering Building/Structural Steel industry
• Technical Knowledge In Civil / Mechanical Engineering / Architecture
• Proficient in MS-Excel, Power Point and Auto/CAD
• People Management
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Communication in English and local language proficiency
