Job summary

PM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a CMA Training & Capability Development Manager to design, develop, and deliver training programs that support CMA processes. You will strengthen functional expertise, drive process adoption, and align Sales, Finance, and Shared Services.

The role requires leading needs analysis, creating structured learning programs, and delivering training through multiple modalities to enable cross-functional collaboration and compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• Candidate has a bachelor's degree in business/finance/accounting/economics or related field.
• Experience in finance, sales operations, or accounting in a multinational environment is required.
• Strong background in training needs analysis, curriculum development, and capability building.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; ERP experience with SAP; Vistex knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between Sales and Finance to ensure CMA process alignment.
• Lead training needs analysis and develop structured learning programs for CMA and Sales teams.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve training materials, playbooks, and self-service resources.
• Deliver training programs using instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced methods.
• Drive capability-building initiatives to enhance process understanding and execution.
• Lead communication and engagement initiatives to promote best practices and behavioral change.
• Support CMA-related accruals and payments through training and process education.
• Develop strategies to increase adoption and usage of tools, systems, and resources.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on CMA process improvements.
• Support change management related to processes, systems, or policies.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls (SOX) and support audit requirements.
