Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and identify gaps against targets
• Oversee the day-to-day sales operations of all assigned retail stores and outlets
• Supervise, coach, and motivate Sales Supervisors and retail sales staff
• Ensure excellent customer service across all retail locations and handle escalated customer complaints
• Implement sales promotions, discounts, campaigns, and company marketing initiatives
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Warehouse/Purchasing for replenishment
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to Management with insights and recommendations
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, expand customer base, and improve market presence
• Conduct competitor and market monitoring to support business development
