• Drive operational excellence via consistent store standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvement plans.
• Champion customer experience to raise service quality and satisfaction.
• Optimize labor productivity, manpower utilization, and costs.
• Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, and Eng to execute initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with operational, safety, inventory, and cash-handling standards.
• Develop store leadership through coaching, succession planning, and performance mgmt.
• Use analytics and dashboards to drive data-based decisions and improve results.
