Job summary

I-Serve360 Corporation is seeking an experienced Cluster Manager to lead our automotive services portfolio in Naga City, Camarines Sur. You will oversee multiple locations, drive performance, manage budgets, and develop staff to meet service standards and profitability targets.

In this leadership role, you will implement operational improvements, maintain safety and quality, and build strong client relationships while traveling to cluster sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years supervisory or managerial experience in automotive service, tire retail, quick lube, dealership, or related automotive operations.
• Proven track record of managing multiple locations or facilities simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and people management capabilities.
• Knowledge of automotive industry practices, service standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in using management systems and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations relevant to automotive services.
• Willingness to visit cluster locations regularly and travel as required.
• Preferred: Experience with automotive service centres, dealerships, or fleet maintenance operations.
• Preferred: Background in lean management, operational excellence or continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple automotive service locations within the assigned cluster
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks across all facilities
• Manage cluster budgets, control costs, and work towards achieving profitability targets
• Recruit, train, develop and supervise cluster management and technical staff across locations
• Implement performance improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiency measures
• Coordinate inventory management, procurement and supply chain activities across cluster locations
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the cluster territory
• Track and analyse cluster performance metrics, reporting results to senior management
• Ensure customer satisfaction standards are met consistently across all cluster facilities
• Identify opportunities for business growth and new service offerings within the cluster
• Lead cluster-wide training programmes and maintain standards for technical skills and customer service

About the role

I-Serve360 Corporation is seeking an experienced Cluster Manager to join our Automotive Trades division. This is a full-time position based in Naga City, Camarines Sur. As Cluster Manager, you will oversee the operations and performance of multiple automotive service locations within your assigned cluster. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent service delivery, managing team performance, and achieving business objectives across your portfolio of facilities.
