Job summary

The Tagaytay Highlands International Golf Club Inc. is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive revenue and expand the club's client base in Tagaytay.

You will develop strategies to meet targets, build and maintain client relationships, and support the Senior Sales Manager with reporting and event handling. Key responsibilities include generating leads, booking social events, preparing proposals, and conducting site inspections to showcase club facilities and promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience driving revenue targets and achieving sales goals.
• Ability to develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
• Assist the Senior Sales Manager with accurate reports and event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Handles social events and room bookings.
• Ensures the generation of leads.
• Secures appointments, prepares proposals, and conducts ocular inspections.
• Prepares yearly sales forecast and monitors revenue targets vs. actual.
• Handles member, guest and client complaints.
• Conducts food tastings and other pre-confirmation needs of client.
• Attends bridal fairs as dictated by the Sales Director.
• Attends training programs and counseling sessions with superiors.
• Ensures all opportunities are taken to increase sales.
• Ensures personnel presentation is of the highest standard at all times.
• Ensures communications with clients and members are handled within the required time frame and to the Club's standards.
• Has full product knowledge of the facilities and promotions offered by the Club.
