Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and overall performance of the club.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate sales, fitness, and operations teams.
• Develop strategies to increase membership sales, revenue, and retention.
• Monitor sales, expenses, targets, and profitability.
• Prepare and execute monthly sales, marketing, and membership retention plans.
• Build relationships with members and address concerns for excellent customer experience.
• Coordinate with accounting and support departments for payments and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Club Manager to oversee the overall operations, sales, customer experience, and team performance of our fitness club in Festival Mall Alabang.
The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, has strong business acumen, and can lead a team toward achieving operational and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and overall performance of the club.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate sales, fitness, and operations teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase membership sales, revenue, and member retention.
• Monitor daily sales, expenses, targets, and overall club profitability.
• Prepare and execute monthly sales, marketing, and membership retention plans.
• Build strong relationships with members and address concerns to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Conduct sales meetings, team briefings, and corporate presentations when needed.
• Monitor club cleanliness, equipment, facilities, inventory, and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with the Accounting and other support departments to ensure timely payments and proper documentation.
• Monitor staffing requirements and assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of club employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, operations, incidents, marketing activities, and team performance.
• Stay updated on fitness industry trends and implement initiatives that keep the club competitive.
• Handle member concerns, operational issues, and emergencies appropriately, including basic first-aid procedures when necessary.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in fitness club management, sales, membership acquisition, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
• Strong understanding of membership sales, customer service, and retention strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales and operational performance.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Passionate about fitness, wellness, and delivering excellent customer experience.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as required by club operations.
