Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field.
• 2–3 years of fitness club management or sales experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze sales and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and overall performance of the club.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate sales, fitness, and operations teams.
• Develop strategies to increase membership sales, revenue, and retention.
• Monitor sales, expenses, targets, and profitability.
• Prepare and execute monthly sales, marketing, and membership retention plans.
• Build relationships with members and address concerns for excellent customer experience.
• Coordinate with accounting and support departments for payments and documentation.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Stay updated on fitness industry trends and initiatives.
• Handle member concerns and emergencies, basic first-aid when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
