Job summary

Brown House Fitness Academy in Cavite, Carmona, Philippines, seeks a Club Manager to oversee daily club operations and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

You will implement SOPs, manage budgets and reports, supervise trainers, front desk, and maintenance teams, and lead regular performance coaching sessions to sustain a service-oriented culture.

• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all staff.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost controls to meet profitability goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards.
• Develop staff including trainers, front desk, and maintenance teams.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Foster a positive, motivated, and service-oriented team culture.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, and retention strategies.
• Build relationships with members to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Additional duties as assigned by Employer (work related as Club Manager)
