Job summary

Outsourced in Manila seeks an experienced Automation QA Engineer to own quality assurance across cloud-based applications. You will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and execute functional, regression, and integration tests while collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted testing to reduce manual effort, support rapid release cycles, and continuously improve QA processes.

Qualifications

3+ years in QA with automation focus in cloud environments.
Experience with Playwright required; Selenium acceptable.
Exposure to AI tools like Codex or Claude is a plus.
Strong SDLC knowledge.
Ability to work in fast-paced release cycles.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites.
Execute functional, regression, and integration tests across cloud environments.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders on quality across the SDLC.
Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
Support rapid release cycles and meet deadlines.
Improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Use AI-assisted development tools to boost testing efficiency and coverage.
Act as QA orchestrator within QA processes to scale AI-driven approaches.
Continuously improve and evolve AI-enabled QA workflows to increase speed and productivity.
