The AKS Engineer is responsible for designing, building, automating, and supporting enterprise Kubernetes platforms within Microsoft Azure. This role requires deep hands-on expertise with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), cloud-native technologies, Infrastructure as Code (laC), CI/CD automation, and platform operations in large-scale production environments.Requirements:. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure Kubernetes. . Knowledge and experience with Docker. . Knowledge and experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code. . Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions. . Experience with Kubernetes networking concepts. . Strong troubleshooting skills in production cloud environments. . Experience with monitoring and logging platforms. . Knowledge of Azure networking, DNS, load balancing, and cloud security best practices. . Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python. . Strong communication and collaboration skills.Respnsibilities:· Design, deploy, manage, and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters. . Administer Kubernetes workloads, node pools, ingress, scaling, networking, and storage. . Build and maintain Docker containers and Kubernetes deployment configurations. . Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions. . Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates. . Troubleshoot Kubernetes, infrastructure, networking, and application deployment issues. . Implement Kubernetes and Azure security best practices including RBAC, network policies, secrets management, and workload identity. . Support high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and platform reliability initiatives. . Collaborate with development and architecture teams to improve platform scalability and deployment efficiency. . Create and maintain operational documentation, standards, and runbooks. . Comply with all company policies and procedures. . Maintain regular and punctual attendance. . Performs other related duties as assigned.
