Job summary

BSA Solutions Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a DevOps/ AWS Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our AWS-based SaaS platform on-site. You will collaborate with software teams to ensure reliable deployments, automation, security, and high availability.

The role requires 3-5+ years in AWS, Linux, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD; strong scripting in Bash or Python; monitoring, incident response, and cost optimization. Healthcare or SaaS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in AWS Systems Administration, DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong AWS administration experience.
• Linux administration.
• Terraform or other IaC tooling.
• Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitoring and logging platforms.
• Bash and/or Python scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer AWS infrastructure including EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, Route53 and CloudWatch.
• Manage Linux servers and cloud networking.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or similar.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
• Manage Docker environments (Kubernetes desirable but not essential).
• Monitor infrastructure, applications and alerts.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery and restoration testing.
• Apply security patches and perform system maintenance.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents.
• Optimise AWS performance and cloud costs.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and operational runbooks.
• Support development teams with deployments and release management.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the day-to-day operation, automation, security, reliability and optimisation of the company's AWS-based SaaS platform.
