Delivers end‐to‐end operational support across cloud environments, including monitoring, incident response, backup and recovery, patching, and capacity management, to meet agreed service levels for internal users and applications.* Provide technical expertise in the operational management of cloud‐based platforms supporting various database technologies, ensuring availability, performance, security, and compliance with enterprise standards* Configure, deploy, maintain, patch, and upgrade various database technologies and related cloud infrastructure components, including database engines, storage, and supporting services* Administer database platforms and underlying operating systems for various database technologies, including monitoring, backup and recovery, replication, capacity planning, and performance tuning* Provide on‐call, on‐site, and remote operational support for various database technologies, responding to incidents, service requests, and issues affecting AIA’s internal applications and users*Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.**You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
