Job summary

SYSGEN RPO in the Philippines seeks a DevOps/Support engineer to join our team focused on validating releases and maintaining platform stability. You will support ECHO and Tyler Deploy, manage AWS resources, Windows servers, and MS SQL databases, and drive automation with Terraform, PowerShell, and GitHub.

You will monitor with Datadog, assist deployments with Octopus Deploy, and participate in on-call PagerDuty rotations while pursuing relevant certifications and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in technical support, systems administration, DevOps, cloud operations, or related technical role.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience administering Windows Server and familiarity with MS SQL Server.
• Familiarity with AWS or another major cloud platform.
• Familiarity with scripting, infra as code, and Git-based source control; PowerShell, Terraform, or GitHub preferred.
• Familiarity with Datadog or similar observability tools.
• Experience supporting Tyler Enterprise ERP products preferred.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner or other relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support deployments and release validation using Octopus Deploy and related delivery tools.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, document solutions, and reduce recurring manual work.
• Participate in the PagerDuty on-call rotation.
• Pursue relevant technical training and certifications.
