Job summary

ATS CONSULTING SERVICES PH INC. is seeking a CloudOps Engineer to manage multi-cloud environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across mission-critical systems.

You will collaborate with SRE partners and cross-functional teams, lead investigations and automation efforts, and drive documentation and data analysis to improve operations and enable scalable cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of AWS experience plus hands-on with another public cloud.
• Proven DevOps and CI/CD experience across cloud infrastructures.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and deploying with Kubernetes.
• Cloud certifications are preferred.

About the role

As a CloudOps Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing multi-cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high availability, performance, security, and operational efficiency across mission-critical systems


• Collaborate with SRE partners and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment


• Act as an escalation point for user support, leading investigations, troubleshooting, and systems administration


• Contribute to process documentation, reporting, data analysis, and automation initiatives


• Provide solution recommendations to improve systems and operations


• Serve as a subject matter expert in cloud platforms and services, influencing operational strategies and objectives


• Spearhead engineering projects and programs to drive technical excellence

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field


• Minimum 3 years of experience with AWS, plus hands-on experience with at least one other public cloud platform (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud); design/architecting experience is a plus


• Proven experience integrating DevOps and CI/CD practices across public, private, or hybrid cloud infrastructures


• Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, GitLab, GitHub, Artifactory, Jenkins, TeamCity, Spinnaker) and deploying with platforms like Kubernetes


• Hands-on experience in technical customer success and support, particularly with systems platforms, infrastructure, and services


• AWS or other relevant cloud certifications (preferred)
