Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Taguig, Philippines is seeking a Corrigo Training Specialist to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our cloud-based facilities management platform and Work Order Management System. You will create materials, run sessions for staff and clients, and ensure users reach proficient usage.

The ideal candidate has a degree, 3+ years of software training experience, strong instructional design knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, IT, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training, preferably software or technology.
• In-depth knowledge of Work Order Management System or similar facility management software.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials, including guides and video tutorials.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for staff and clients.
• Assess training needs and design programs for different user groups.
• Stay up to date with platform updates and update training content.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to align training with system changes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and metrics.
• Provide ongoing coaching to users to improve platform proficiency.
• Develop a knowledge base of FAQs and best practices.
• Assist in troubleshooting training-related issues for users.
