Job summary

RCBC is seeking a skilled ETL Developer to design, build, maintain and enhance our application systems and documentation. You will gather user requirements, translate them into technical specs, and design modules and interfaces that align with AML processes and MLPP compliance.

You will also develop and test data flows, ensure backup/recovery, and maintain system manuals while providing user support and training.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or IT-related field.
At least 4 years of experience in ETL development and maintenance.
Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud-based platforms.
Familiar with translating user requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain and enhance application systems and their documentation.
Gather user requirements and translate into technical specifications.
Develop file structures, interfaces, programs and reports; ensure backup, recovery and archiving.
Code and compile programs following SDLC standards, security and audit requirements.
Prepare test data, perform tests, and develop implementation plans for approvals.
Develop and maintain system documentation and manuals; supervise data/file conversion.
Provide user support and conduct initial training for system users.
Recommend improvements to procedures to maximize efficiency of the application.
