Job summary

RCBC seeks an IT Infrastructure Lead to plan, organize, and execute IT infrastructure and systems in line with bank standards. You will manage IT operations, support existing apps, and develop new technical solutions in a cloud-centric environment.

The role requires 5+ years in systems analysis, design, and development, with strong AWS, Kubernetes, OpenShift/EKS plus scripting and agile project management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure, systems analysis, and development for cloud environments.
• Hands-on know-how with AWS cloud, Kubernetes, and container technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation using Terraform and Python.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile.

Responsibilities

• Lead application system enhancements or mid to complex infrastructure projects.
• Maintain standards and procedures for implementing technical solutions.
• Direct operations to execute production tasks per schedule and meet customer expectations.
• Assign workload to project team members and balance duties.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards and guidelines for projects.
• Review production performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
