Job summary

RCBC is seeking a skilled ETL Developer in Metro Manila to design, implement, and maintain data integration solutions. You will work within a collaborative team to translate business needs into robust ETL processes, ensuring data quality and performance across cloud-based platforms.

You will gather requirements, develop test data, support users, and contribute to SDLC adherence, Agile practices, and governance under MLPP compliance where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or IT-related field is required.
• Minimum 4 years of ETL experience and strong data integration skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Designs application modules/systems based on user requirements.
• Develops ETL processes, file structures, interfaces, and reports.
• Codes, tests, and documents programs following SDLC and security standards.
• Prepares test data and execution plans; supports users and provides training.
• Maintains system documentation and assists with file conversion.

Job Summary

• This position is responsible for the design, development, maintenance and enhancement of application systems and their related system documentation manuals.

How will you contribute?

• Gathers information on user requirements which will be used for systems analysis and design
• Designs application modules/system based on user requirements and specifications by translating business requirements into technical specifications incorporating AML processes as stipulated in the MLPP compliance laws and regulations
• Develops file structures, interfaces, programs and reports specifications, file backup, recovery and archiving procedures
• Codes and compiles new and revised programs following the set standards and procedures specified by the systems development life cycle methodology, information security and audit
• Prepares test data and performs various tests to ensure error-free coding.
• Prepares test, conversion and implementation plans for approval of the immediate supervisor
• Develops and maintains systems documentation / manuals of the application systems
• Supervises file conversion
• Provides support and technical assistance to users of the application
• Conducts initial training to trainors / users of application system
• Recommends improvements to existing procedures in order to maximize effectiveness and efficiency when using the application system
