Job summary

RCBC is looking for a skilled software developer to design, develop, maintain and enhance application systems and their documentation. The role emphasizes AML compliance, SDLC standards, and information security.

You will gather user requirements, translate them into technical specifications, design modules and interfaces, and prepare test data and implementation plans. You’ll also train users and improve procedures for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field.
• At least 4 years of JAVA development experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and maintains application systems and related documentation.
• Gathers user requirements and translates them into technical specifications.
• Develops modules, interfaces, reports, and file structures.
• Codes, tests and documents software per SDLC standards and security guidelines.
• Provides user support and conducts initial training on systems.
