Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Cloud Enablement team for NORAM and LATAM.
Oversee end-to-end cloud onboarding, operations, billing, and service delivery activities.
Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and AI-enabled improvements.
Manage escalations, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional collaboration for seamless delivery.
Monitor SLA performance, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue protection.
