Job summary

Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies, Inc. is looking for a hands-on Team Lead for Cloud Operations to guide a small team across AWS, Azure, and private data centers. You will drive reliability, performance, and day-to-day operations while partnering with Development, Product, IT, DBA, and SRE teams.

You will mentor engineers, promote best practices, and lead on-call rotations and release management to ensure secure and scalable infrastructure across product lines.

Qualifications

• Led teams in infrastructure operations and on-call rotations.
• Built and maintained automation for cloud platforms.
• Experienced with multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, private data centers).
• Familiar with AI-driven analysis tools to aid changes and troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, and cloud messaging infra.
• Understanding of network security and on-call incident management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Cloud Operations team providing day-to-day direction and hands-on support.
• Mentor engineers and promote best operational practices.
• Operate and maintain infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and private data centers.
• Implement tooling that improves operational efficiencies and automation.
• Coordinate with SRE/DBA teams for changes, releases, and incident response.
• Lead on-call rotation and post-incident reviews.
