TASQ is seeking a Lead Consultant Data Architecture & Engineering (GDC) to work remotely from 5pm to 2am Philippine Time. Due to logistical considerations, only applicants based in the Philippines will be considered for the role.

Core Technical Skills Needed

• Proven experience leading small medium technical teams, including task assignment, handling escalations, supporting team members, and representing the team during Agile ceremonies and client meetings.
• Expertise in designing and implementing logical and physical data models for cloud and hybrid data warehouse environments.
• Experience creating data architectures that support various data formats: structured, semi‑structured, and unstructured.
• Extensive experience across full data warehouse project lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of data architecture to facilitate data integration.
• Proficiency with data modeling tools such as ER/Studio, ER/Win, or similar.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure Data Platform services, including Azure Data Lake Store, Azure Storage, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Logic Apps, and APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
• Skills in data profiling and developing source‑to‑target mappings.
• Capable of and configuring Azure data services.

Detailed Skill Requirements

• Scripting in Python and SQL.
• Experience with SQL and PySpark.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture designing and building data pipelines from requirements.
• API knowledge, with a preference for candidates capable of creating APIs.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Certifications

• Microsoft Fabric.
• Azure Cosmos DB, Data Flows, ExpressRoute, Azure Active Directory.
• Experience planning and executing migration strategies from on‑premises environments to Azure.
• Power BI and semantic data modeling.
• Experience with AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, AWS S3, and Azure Blob Storage.
• Familiarity with AWS Athena, Azure Databricks, AWS Redshift, and Azure Synapse.
• Knowledge of AWS ECS and Azure AKS.
