Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Consultant to provide technical and consultative support for sales initiatives in cloud contact center solutions. You will understand client architectures, design compelling IT solutions, and contribute to RFIs/RFPs with pricing guidance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience, strong communication, and a track record in SaaS or BPO environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay current on Amazon Connect, Nice CXOne,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (3+ years).
• Advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience designing IT solutions with clients, ideally in BPO or SaaS.
• Knowledge of cloud contact center tech: Amazon Connect, Nice CXOne, Twilio, Talkdesk, RingCentral, Five9 or Zendesk.
• Built best practices in business processes and repeatable playbooks.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with strong technology background.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical skills; able to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and consultative assistance to Sales.
• Understand client architecture specs and suggest solutions.
• Participate in design sessions and pitch technical solutions.
• Assist in completing IT sections of RFIs/RFPs/RFQs.
• Guide pre-sales pricing discussions with finance.
• Document and handover tech specs for post-sales work.
• Review SOWs with legal for alignment.
• Drive accountability across cross-functional IT teams.
• Stay up-to-date with market cloud practices and contact center tech.
• Communicate status and insights to stakeholders regularly.
