Job summary

Ingram Micro, Inc. is seeking a Professional Technical Billing Support Engineer to provide expert billing technical assistance and serve as a trusted advisor to customers and partners.

You will resolve complex billing and invoice issues, work with Engineering and Product teams, and help drive process improvements across the Ingram Micro Xvantage platform while supporting global customers on a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years in technical/support or SaaS support roles.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud apps.
• Experience using Zendesk, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.
• Experience creating/maintaining technical docs and KBs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to complex technical support requests via phone, email, and portals.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving software, APIs, cloud platforms, and infrastructures.
• Document interactions and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Product teams on bug reports and feature requests.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases; identify trends for improvements.
