Job summary

TP in Manila invites a licensed healthcare trainer to deliver US‑focused clinical training across onboarding, pre‑production, and CE modules. You will build competency, document workflows, and keep audit‑ready records while collaborating with Ops, QA, and TA to close performance gaps.

The role requires PH RN license and BSN, active USRN license, 3+ years clinical experience and 1–2 years training/education experience, with a willingness to work US day shifts onsite or hybrid in Manila.

Qualifications

• PH RN license and BSN required.
• Active USRN license with no restrictions.
• 3+ years clinical experience; 1–2 years training/education experience.
• Strong understanding of US managed care, UM/UR, and HIPAA/PHI compliance.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, pre-production, and CE training for clinical staff.
• Deliver modules on UM/CM workflows, documentation, HIPAA/PHI, and protocols.
• Run skills validation, case simulations, and competency assessments.
• Develop and update SOPs, job aids, and workflow guides.
• Maintain audit-ready training records and competency files.
• Collaborate with Ops, QA, and TA to address performance gaps.
