Job summary

The role requires PH RN license with BSN, active USRN license, and 3+ years clinical experience, including 1–2 years in training. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years clinical experience; 1–2 years training/education.
• Strong knowledge of US managed care; Utilization Management/Review; HIPAA/PHI compliance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, pre-production, and CE training for clinical staff.
• Deliver modules on UM/CM workflows, documentation, HIPAA/PHI, and protocols.
• Run skills validation, case simulations, and competency assessments.
• Develop and update SOPs, job aids, and workflow guides.
• Maintain audit-ready training records and competency files.
• Collaborate with Ops, QA, and TA to address performance gaps and pipeline needs.

• Collaborate with Ops, QA, and TA to address performance gaps and pipeline needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• PH RN license, BSN.
• Active/passed USRN license.
• 3+ years clinical experience; 1–2 years training/education experience.
• Strong understanding of US managed care, Utilization Management/ Review and HIPAA/PHI compliance.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Preferably with Healthcare BPO training experience.
• Exposure to URAC/NCQA or clinical documentation platforms.
