Job summary

Sagility, a global BPM and healthcare solutions provider, seeks a Clinical Process Trainer in Quezon City (Bridgetowne, ZetaPhilippines). You will design and implement training programs for the platform, maintain training materials, and develop reporting to certify operations.

Collaborate with Operations and QA to address performance gaps and design refresher courses. Occasional calls may be needed to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Proficient in computer literacy and data handling.
• Experience in training design and delivery.
• Able to work in team and manage training needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement training courses including outlines and syllabi for assigned platform.
• Maintain and inventory all training materials assigned.
• Develop and implement reporting to verify certification into operations.
• Ensure quality of agents through sign-off methodologies.
• Adhere to training program schedules and attend meetings.
• Expand training knowledge through seminars and keep abreast of current training issues.
• Collaborate with Operations and QA to address major agent performance issues and incorporate findings into training.
• Design and implement refresher training for current certified agents.
• Take calls/complete orders when service level demands it.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by immediate superior.
