Santa Marina Group Inc is seeking an Assistant Center Supervisor to support the Clinical Head in daily operations at our Makati facility. You will help ensure smooth workflows, oversee nursing performance, and coordinate patient care with the Head Nurse and physicians.

Assist the Clinical Head in monitoring day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth facility workflows.
Help track license renewals and administrative requirements necessary for center operations in coordination with the Administrative Manager.
Assist in organizing staff schedules, task delegation, and orientation of new clinical hires.
Support the evaluation of employee performance and enforce workplace discipline and protocol adherence.
Serve as an operational point of contact when the Clinical Head is off-site, escalating major issues as necessary.
Assist in monitoring nursing staff performance and ensuring high-quality patient care delivery.
Coordinate with the Head Nurse and attending physicians regarding patient management and treatment schedules.
Receive, log, and address initial feedback, complaints, and requests from patients, relatives, medical staff, and visitors.
Apply established clinical standards to continuously evaluate nursing care quality.
Monitor initial and ongoing inventory counts of medical supplies, equipment, and gross center stock.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and accurate recording on inventory cards by the Inventory Nurse (in accordance with the Inventory Schedules Protocol).
Draft and prepare purchase orders for re-stocking and submit them to the Administrative Manager for review and purchasing approval.
Assist in implementing and reviewing operational policies to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
Coordinate and prepare documentation for monthly Quality Assurance (QA) meetings (held every first Friday of the month) and regular staff meetings (held every last Friday of the month).
Conduct preliminary checks on medical records, logbooks, and clinical forms to ensure strict accuracy and completeness.
Monitor staff qualifications and training credits, helping coordinate staff participation in seminars and continuing education.
Support the investigation of policy violations and assist in executing corrective action plans for compliance risks.
