Job summary

Brilliant Skin Essentials, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Clinic Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

You will address patient care quality, service delivery, and operational issues, prepare staff schedules, oversee attendance, and support staff development through supervision and performance reviews. Work cross-functionally with HR, Accounting, Procurement, IT, and Marketing to align clinic operations with company-wide processes and compliance,

• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, addressing patient care quality, service delivery, and operational issues.
• Prepare staff schedules, oversee attendance, and support staff development through supervision and performance reviews.
• Work closely with HR, Accounting, Procurement, IT, and Marketing to align clinic opertions with company-wide processes and compliance.
• Uphold health, safety, and regulatory standards; manage records, reports, and assist with audits and inspections.
• Monitor supply levels, manage petty cash and budget, implement policies, and support marketing and clinic initiatives.
