• Assist the Clinical Head in monitoring day-to-day operations and facility workflows.
• Track license renewals and administrative requirements with the Administrative Manager.
• Organize staff schedules, task delegation, and orientation of new hires.
• Evaluate employee performance and enforce workplace discipline and protocol adherence.
• Serve as the on-site operational contact when the Clinical Head is off-site.
• Monitor nursing staff performance and ensure high-quality patient care delivery.
• Coordinate with Head Nurse and physicians on patient management and treatment schedules.
• Log and address initial feedback, complaints, and requests from patients and staff.
• Apply clinical standards to continuously evaluate nursing care quality.
• Monitor inventory counts of medical supplies and center stock.
• Draft purchase orders for re-stocking for approval.
• Assist in policy implementation to prevent misconduct.
• Prepare docs for monthly QA meetings and staff meetings.
• Check medical records, logbooks, and clinical forms for accuracy.
• Support staff training and continuing education participation.
• Assist in investigating policy violations and corrective actions.
