The Clinic Management Director is the senior operating leader responsible for translating the General Manager’s strategy and commercial commitments into consistent, scalable execution across all managed corporate clinic sites.
1Life Clinic Management Corporation provides end-to‑end onsite clinic management for corporations and HMO partners, including clinic operations, deployment and management of doctors and nurses, medical supplies, systems, service‑level management, occupational and employee healthcare programs, and management reporting.
The company will operate a differentiated hybrid model: traditional paid corporate clinic management combined with access to the broader 1Life healthcare ecosystem, including YAKAP and GAMOT pathways for eligible employees through appropriately accredited providers, as well as telemedicine, diagnostics, pharmacy and chronic‑disease management.
This is primarily an execution and operations role. The General Manager retains overall responsibility for business strategy, growth, partnerships, major accounts and P&L leadership.
