Job summary

1Life Clinic Management Corporation is seeking a Clinic Management Director to translate strategy into scalable execution across all managed corporate clinics. You will lead nationwide operations, build scalable processes, and ensure SLA compliance while coordinating with Sales, Medical, Regulatory and IT teams.

The role emphasizes execution, operational excellence and building a high-performance clinic management organization as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Medicine, Business, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of healthcare operations experience.
• 3–5 years leading multi-site operations or a complex service network.
• Experience managing doctors, nurses and healthcare manpower pools.
• Hands-on experience with SLAs, service contracts and client escalations.
• Strong budgeting, analytical and clinic profitability discipline.
• Ability to lead nationwide operations in a fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of all corporate clinics.
• Build a standardized operating model that can be replicated nationwide.
• Ensure clinics meet operating hours, staffing requirements, service standards and SLAs.
• Establish SOPs, controls, escalation protocols and audit routines.
• Develop regional operating structures as the network expands.
• Lead clinic mobilization from award through onboarding and deployment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Medical, Regulatory, HR, IT, Finance, Purchasing and Supply Chain during implementation.
• Build and lead the operations organization with clear spans of control.
